Doll attached to the round of green felt that hides the wire stand that keeps the doll standing. Doll is clean and has no bad or musty smell. There must have been something in the right hand since there is a tiny bit of glue on the palm- maybe a little flower bouquet?. You can leave it as-is or find some cute little something for him to hold. A couple of stitches on the right sleeve cuff have come undone
