Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  We were able to raise and lower it easily with no problems.  The platform rotates 360 degrees and can be bolted down at two of the corners to keep in stationary.  The remote control can raise and lower it consistently or at even increments.  The remote and control module can probably do more options but we are not familiar with this type of equipment to fully test them.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
