    Description

    Concert Ukulele w/ OHSC Made by the G String Ukulele Co.
    Concert size (24") ukulele in almost new condition. Uke is strung with the traditional "high G" tuning. Has friction tuners. Body and top made from the same wood, I suspect koa but am not an expert on Hawaiian woods. Uke had a small split in the top due to humidity changes. Split was repaired by a local Atlanta luthier and has been stable since. See picture 8 for details of the repair.
    This uke was built between 1997 and 2009 when G String Ukulele Co was based in the Halawa Valley in Hawaii. There is a sales receipt in the case dated from 2004.
    Case zips shut and comes with a carrying strap. More pix available on request.
